This weeks theme is
"Antique Doll"
When I was a little girl I had many dolls.
My favorite was a doll I named Rose Marie.
She was given to me by my Daddy when I was 6 years old.
My daddy passed away when I was 7 years old and I still have this doll.
She was one of the first with rooted hair but her body was rubber stuffed with a substance
that resembled crumbled news paper.
Over the years her rubber body disintegrated so I replaced it with a new one.
I gave her some new clothes and now she is as good as new.
I love this doll and she sets in my guest room.
I hope this piece inspires you.
Happy Creating!
The photos below are of Rose Marie. She had major surgery and is now good as new!
